At Austin's, our high quality food begins
by using the freshest and finest ingredients. For example,
we import our pure virgin olive oil from Italy as well
as our whole wheels of reggiano cheese. We prepare fresh
daily, "in house", our own salad dressings,
soups, sauces, dips and desserts. Our entrees begin by
using fresh and never frozen fish, crabmeat, chicken and
pure ground beef. We serve only the highest quality Midwestern
grain fed choice beef and our famous "fall off the
bone" baby back ribs are imported from Denmark. Once
